Remedial massage techniques help reduce pain and reset the body's posture to its pre-birth state. You can bring your newborn up to 6 months old if you wish. While it is more relaxing when you come by yourself, it is not always possible. A bassinet can be set up in the room and it is ideal if you book your appointment around sleep time. You might like to incorporate a 10 minute Bub Rub on the day to help your baby settle. A specialised postnatal cushioning system optimises comfort and is designed to avoid contact with engorged breasts.
