This 60 mins postnatal belly binding session keeps a core focus on abdomen and hip area during bodywork, as well as a demonstration to teach you & your support person how to do Traditional Belly Binding. Price includes binding hire for 30 days. Session Includes : Checking width of your Diastasis Recti muscles Abdominal Massage using organic essential oils for supporting the uterus &/or caesarean scar Abdominal Hot Stone Tummy Massage (if weather appropriate) A short back massage & or release of the psoas Before photos (optional) Invitation for your daily support person helping at home, to learn how to perform Abdominal Binding correctly. Phone follow up every 5-7 days to ascertain progress Suzie's Belly Binding instructor from Hong Kong, Karen Loke, charges $800 AUD for a very similar 45 mins session with a minimum of five sessions. Wow huh!? I understand Australian women are not as committed to their postnatal care and therefore have created this one-off experience whereby I teach your support partner to bind you daily and you pay a hire fee to take the binding home. Failure to return the bind will result in a further cost of $300 as each bind is made and shipped personally by my teacher. Your proactivity in returning the bind to Suzie is appreciated.
