Watercolour www.tessnorenart.com and Instagram @tessnoren_art "Mother's Massage" Your initial session will include a FREE Magnesium rich relaxing foot spa (15 mins) + a consult with Suzie (15 mins) to discuss your needs + 1 hr 30 mins full body massage. Your first postnatal massage is designed to release birth-related tension and can be quite an emotional experience. The space is created to honour, protect, understand and support your journey. Postnatal massage can help reduce anxiety, help stimulate milk flow, balance your hormones, and reduce tension in your neck and shoulders from breastfeeding. A specialised postnatal cushioning system optimises comfort and is designed to avoid contact with engorged breasts. You can bring your newborn up to 6 months old if you wish. While it is more relaxing when you come by yourself, it is not always possible. Bub will often sleep in the car seat if you book your appointment around sleep time. Suzie can incorporate a 10 minute Bub Rub on the day to help your baby settle if necessary.
