Service Description

Experience a 4-hour mini retreat for women at all stages of motherhood, focusing on trauma-informed practices that promote safety, deep listening, heart-centered sharing, somatic movement, and restorative integration. As the Year of the Snake comes to a close, this retreat offers a transformative “shedding of skins” experience. It’s a chance to release the past year's remnants and create space for new intentions ahead of the 2026 Year of the Fire Horse, beginning February 17th. Retreat Highlights: • Heart-Centered Sharing Circle: ◦ Share stories in a supportive, safe environment. ◦ Share for up to 8 minutes without interruption. ◦ Express yourself through stream of consciousness speaking, journal reading, poetry, or even dance. ◦ The Sisterhood in Stillness practice offers energetic acknowledgment post-sharing. ◦ Participate in a Conscious Water Release ceremony. • Safe Space for Expression: ◦ Trauma-informed practices foster a deeper sense of inner safety. ◦ Vulnerable voices are supported through deep listening, free from questions or interruptions, allowing for compassionate witnessing. • Sistership Witnessing: ◦ Enjoy the support of women who listen deeply, facilitating emotional release. ◦ Afternoon tea fosters casual connections or quiet reflection through journaling. ◦ Compassionate Connection movement creates a sense of being held by others. • Embodied Release: ◦ Gentle somatic movement helps release blockages and promotes relaxation of the nervous system. ◦ The closing ceremony includes breath awareness, guided meditation, Shavasana, and Reiki for deep mind-body-spirit integration.
