LUVIN LIFE Magnesium Flakes

LUVIN LIFE Magnesium Flakes | Magnesium Chloride 2kg

Magnesium is vital to our health, yet it is often lacking in our diets. Magnesium plays a part in regulating more than 300 enzyme systems in our bodies, including blood glucose control, muscle and nerve functions, blood pressure, energy production, and more. It is crucially important to our health and survival. The quickest and easiest way to safely raise magnesium levels in the body is transdermally through the skin. More easily absorbed than Epsom Salts, Magnesium Chloride is high quality food grade and suitable for all ages.

Design Your Own Luxury Bath Blend

Mix a cup of Magnesium Flakes and purifying Himalayan Salt.  Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil and let it soak into the salts before you add it to your bath. My tip is for Mummas to take the bath first while the water is clean and warm, and then once you’ve had some deep breathing time to yourself, you can bring in the troops. I find a bath with salts and oils is the calmative both my son and I need to end the day in these crazy times and it makes the bed routine much more relaxed.

Where Do Luvin' Life Magnesium Flakes Come From?

The raw magnesium is taken from the salt lake in Tibetan Plateau, then purified to create food grade magnesium flakes. The Tibetan Plateau or Himalayan Plateau, is a vast elevated plateau in Central Asia and western China, stretching approximately 1,000 kilometres north to south and 2,500 kilometres east to west.

With an average elevation exceeding 4,500 metres - the Tibetan Plateau is sometimes called "the Roof of the World" because it stands over three miles above sea level and is surrounded by imposing mountain ranges that harbor the world's two highest summits, Mount Everest and K2, and is the world's highest and largest plateau.

Just think about how lucky we are in the western world really – to be able to bring the health benefits from a pure, remote part of the world – into our very own bathroom.
